Soumens Workout — cheating , abuse and harassment

i live in kolkata. i am obese. i had joined soumens workout at elgin road branch. mr soumen had met me himself and given false assurances about his programme and assured me that i would make tremendous recovery and lose weight. after 2 months i have hardly reduced weight even after dieting. i have been ill treated and threatened by his trainer. i had complained, asked to meet mr soumen das, messaged him and everything. he has not given any response. i feel humiliated and cheated. this whole thing is a sham.they say that their center is open upto 9 pm, but actually they close by 7:30. i have faced this issue. trainer had outrightly refused to stay after 7:30
