I ordered for the wireless headphons and colourfit smart watch for 1900 as shown on website but instead i received a cheap quality wireless charger and a neckband earphones which i did not even bother to open.
Since they have no customer care number i've mailed them on customer support but still no reply.
I want to cancel the order and want my money refund. Was this information helpful? | 
As mentioned above I purchased Neckband and smart watch from soundexpert but received some local products. When I'm trying to reach them no one is responding for the issue, hence required your support to close the same.
