Dear team, its a online platform they have shown one item in the website but delivering different item. My spouse purchased saree of the cost 1700/- but they delivered 300/- quality item. We have mailed the same to the above mail id and they given reply stating that only damaged items will take back not the low quality item. That means they can send cheap quality for max mrp, see how they are cheating the consumers with fraudulent thoughts. For 1700/- we can expect min quality where as they delivered very low quality of 300/-. Need your intervention to prohibit this kind of exploitation.
