I had booked my car veh no wb58 bz4640 and scooty pleasure mp20 sg2136 and some house hold goods items from kandi, murshidabad, wb to bareilly on 05 apr 25 through sp car carriers service, udyog adhaar uam no tn24d0039044 and gst no 33cgbpp3952m1z4. They told me that they will delivered my items within 4-5 days and the total amount was said to be rs 15, 000/- with 18 percent gst. But on dt 15 apr 25 today they said that your car and scooty have reached bareilly ware house and your total bill was rs 30, 464. When i refused to pay this amt, he said that i you do not make the payment, your car and scooty not delivered. Whereas we had no such talk, we had talked about half payment while picking up the car and half payment after delivery. Even after my full payment, my car and scooter have not been delivered yet and now there are not even picking up my phone. Pl money refunded fraud through- amazon pay bank name - state bank of india account no - [protected]. Total amount- 21964.
