Space Research Employees Association — Encroached my land and doing fraudulent activities

I am having a Land adjusent by VINVELI NAGAR when they forming the layout they encroached my land. when i infomed to the Mr.Periyasamy who is the authority of this layout forming by showing the relavant documents he checked and apologised for this activity and promised to reinstate to the original position.But after wating of 6 months still now there no rectification and he switched off is phone for past 2 months. when i approch to the vinveli nagar incharge they didnt give me the proper answer.
so i want to move it legaly but i didnt get the address of this association if anybody have please share with me.
