I recently placed an order for two premium metal defense sticks from Space Life Store for INR 1998, which was prepaid via debit card (Order placed on[protected]. However, on[protected], I received only one simple stick, which is completely different from the product shown in the description.
Upon noticing the issue, I immediately contacted the company via email ([protected]@spacelifestore.in) and provided all necessary details, including images of the incorrect product. Despite their claim of 24x7 customer support, I have not received any response from their team. Furthermore, the supplier’s phone number is switched off, making it impossible to reach them.
Additionally, I have concerns about the authenticity of the supplier’s address mentioned on their website, as it appears to be a scam website. The shipment was sent via Ekart, and based on tracking details, it seems to have originated from Surat.

I urge the concerned authorities to take strict action against Space Life Store for misleading customers and engaging in fraudulent activities. I request the company to:
Arrange a return pickup for the incorrect item.
Dispatch the correct products (two premium automatic sticks as per the product description).
Process a full refund if they are unable to deliver the correct items.
If the company fails to respond, I request legal action to be taken against them for fraudulent practices. This kind of scam must be stopped to protect other customers from being deceived.
I hope for a prompt resolution to my complaint.
