Non receival of P.F amount

I was employee of Spanco telesystems & solutions Ltd( 409, Udhyog vihar phase 3, Gurgaon, Haryana, 122016) and my pf no; MH / 94723 /1000, Date of Joining 19 September 2005 & Date of Leaving : 21Nov 2006.
