I was fall from byke on 29 dec-15 at 6:30, and develop pain, swelling & inability to walk, I gone to sparsh hospital & consult with Dr. Deepak Verma, he ask for XRay, after examin of Xray he said no fracture he diagnosis contusion & sprain in left foot, and he admit me for 2 days, he charge Rs 12000 from meditek, but today on[protected] I do not get relief from pain and swelling in great toe but my left great toe is fractured, he did not cure for it today on 18-jan-2016 I was reading all medical document, in X ray report there is clearly mention FRACTURE BASE DISTAL PHALANX LEFT GREAT toe, SO THIS IS TOTAL NEGLIGENCE OF DOCTORE HE DID NOT READ CARE FULLY THE XRAY REPORT GIVE ME WRONG INFORMATION AND HE ADMITTED ME FOR 2 DAYS BUT HE DID NOT CURE MY FRACTURED LEG, AND I AM SUFFERING FROM PAIN AND NOT ABLE TO WALK EVEN I AM NOT ATTENDING MY DUTY FROM 30-DEC-2016,
SPARSH HOSPITAL IS FROUD He ADMITTED ME IN THE HOSPITAL AND DID NOT GIVE ME TREATMENT FOR WHICH he WAS ADMITTED ME,
Due to this I am suffering from physical & mental pain and I am not able to attend my duty, so I am loosing my salary, I have a family which is depending on me,
So that kindly do the need full for getting compensation from hospital
