Spbdcl — Electric bill issue

The electric bill is more than more rupees in per months.In november 2016 the bill was came about1600 rupees than we did not pay it and than the bill was came this month 4000 rupees . We complaint in his branch in Arwal but they did not take any action, so at last we complaint here.We are belonging to a middle class family so its not right.pleaze took action any more on this field. We all are thankfull to you.Thanxx
