I have taken Packers and Movers Services from Specific Relocation on[protected], for shifting of House hold items From Noida To Bhubaneshwar. During that time my Household materials are placed on a vehicle whose registration No.: HR-55AF-2174 @ Noida on 24th Aug., 2024.
At present none of their representative are receiving my calls i.e, [protected] & Mr Kaushal Pandey, [protected], during my call they are not receiving my calls and sending me a message afterwards that they are busy in a meeting all time and not getting any call back as well from their side.
During my booking Mr Kaushal Pandey has assured me that my Household materials will be delivered by 4th Sept., 2024. When I tried my best to follow him up on a daily basis with both the nos. They are telling me from Monday that I will get the same by tomorrow and this thing is continuing from tomorrow to tomorrow with no solution and they do not even bother to receive my calls. Then they have given a new No. of Mr Raju Sharma [protected] now same thing is also going Mr Raju Sharma said that I will get it by Saturday and then Sunday and now today he is saying that I will get it by Monday. Now I am a little bit frightened that whether my goods are Ok or something uncertain has taken place.
Due to their poor services I am in a loss and have to bear services from outside.
Please help me and guide me accordingly
