Spectra Distributors — Product ordered and paid for in full but never received

On Feb 4, 2026 I made an online purchase of goods for €107 from Spectra Marketing in India. I used the Remitly app to transfer the funds from my Visa card account. 


The package was (allegedly) shipped by the seller on Feb 5, 2026 using India post.

After 3 weeks, I had not received my package. I contacted the seller and they informed that the parcel was refused at the French border because of “insufficent customs documentation” and returned to the seller in India. 


When I asked the seller correct their documentation error and reship the parcel they refused and said they would not reship my package unless I pay again for extra shipping fees.

I realized that this company was fraudulent and I didn't want to send them any extra shipping costs and asked for a full refund.

They stopped replying to my emails after that.
