Spectra India Housing Private Limited — Full payment done (16 lakhs) for the land purchased at Amangal, still not transferring the land

I am a victim of Spectra India Housing Private Limited. I purchased a land admeasuring 240 yards under the EMI scheme at Spectra India Housing Private Limited's Mega City located in Amangal, Kalwakurthi, Nagarkurnool District TS India. Even after paying the full land amount along with registration charges, they are not transferring the land on my name.
I have been reaching out to the office and also talking to one of the director Arun Kumar @ [protected] yet no response.
