I would like to submit a formal complaint against Spectrum Career Management Pvt. Ltd. (SCMPL) regarding its banking recruitment and training program.
I came across this company's recruitment opportunity and completed the application form for a banking-related position. During the application process, I was charged ₹120 as an application fee.
After completing the application process and participating in the virtual interview, I received a message congratulating me on my selection and asking me to submit my documents and the first installment of training fees within 30 minutes to secure my position.
The company subsequently informed me that the training fee was ₹6, 000. However, I was unable to afford this amount. After informing them about my financial situation, I was asked to pay ₹500.
I am concerned about this recruitment process because:
1. I paid ₹120 as an application fee.
2. I was informed about the ₹6, 000 training fee after completing the application and interview process.
3. I was unable to afford the training fee and was subsequently asked to pay ₹500.
4. The recruitment process and payment requirements were not sufficiently clear to me before completing the application.
5. I want to understand whether this opportunity was for direct bank employment or only for a training and placement assistance program.
6. I would like clarification regarding the bank's authorization, the total fees, the purpose of the payment, and the refund policy.
I am requesting the concerned authorities to:
- Investigate the recruitment and training fee collection practices of Spectrum Career Management Pvt. Ltd.
- Verify whether the company is officially authorized by any bank to conduct recruitment for banking positions.
- Examine whether the application fee and subsequent training fee demands were properly disclosed to candidates before they applied.
- Investigate the request for an additional ₹500 after I informed the company that I could not afford the ₹6, 000 training fee.
- Verify whether the company's recruitment advertisements and communications clearly distinguish between direct employment and training/placement assistance.
- Review the company's registration and compliance under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA).
- If any violations of applicable laws or registration requirements are established, take appropriate legal and regulatory action, including considering removal of the company from the register in accordance with applicable law.
- Help me obtain clarification regarding the ₹120 application fee and whether I am entitled to a refund.
I am not making this complaint merely because I could not afford the training fee. My concern is the transparency of the recruitment process, the payment demands, and whether candidates are adequately informed about the actual nature of the opportunity.
I request a fair investigation and appropriate action to protect other job seekers from similar confusion or financial difficulties.
I can provide the application details, payment invoice, recruitment messages, interview communication, and other relevant evidence.

मैं Spectrum Career Management Pvt. Ltd. (SCMPL) के बैंक भर्ती एवं ट्रेनिंग प्रोग्राम के संबंध में औपचारिक शिकायत दर्ज करना चाहता हूँ।
मैंने इस कंपनी के माध्यम से बैंकिंग से संबंधित नौकरी के लिए आवेदन किया था और आवेदन फॉर्म भरने के दौरान मुझसे ₹120 Application Fee के रूप में लिए गए।
आवेदन प्रक्रिया पूरी करने और Virtual Interview में भाग लेने के बाद मुझे कंपनी की तरफ से Selection का संदेश मिला। संदेश में मुझे Documents जमा करने और अपनी Position सुरक्षित करने के लिए 30 मिनट के अंदर Training Fees की पहली Installment जमा करने को कहा गया।
इसके बाद कंपनी ने मुझे बताया कि Training Fees ₹6, 000 है। लेकिन मेरी आर्थिक स्थिति ऐसी नहीं थी कि मैं ₹6, 000 की फीस जमा कर सकूँ।
जब मैंने कंपनी को अपनी आर्थिक परेशानी बताई और कहा कि मैं ₹6, 000 Afford नहीं कर सकता, तो मुझे ₹500 जमा करने के लिए कहा गया।
इस भर्ती प्रक्रिया को लेकर मुझे निम्नलिखित चिंताएँ हैं:
आवेदन के दौरान मुझसे ₹120 Application Fee ली गई।
आवेदन और Interview पूरा होने के बाद मुझे ₹6, 000 Training Fees के बारे में बताया गया।
जब मैं ₹6, 000 की फीस जमा नहीं कर पाया, तो मुझसे ₹500 जमा करने के लिए कहा गया।
आवेदन करने से पहले भर्ती प्रक्रिया और भुगतान की सभी शर्तें मेरे लिए स्पष्ट नहीं थीं।
मुझे यह स्पष्ट जानकारी नहीं दी गई कि यह सीधे बैंक में नौकरी है या केवल Training और Placement Assistance का Program है।
मैं कंपनी की बैंक Authorization, कुल फीस, भुगतान का उद्देश्य और Refund Policy की जांच चाहता हूँ।
अतः संबंधित अधिकारियों से मेरा अनुरोध है कि:
Spectrum Career Management Pvt. Ltd. की Recruitment और Training Fee Collection प्रक्रिया की जांच की जाए।
जांच की जाए कि क्या कंपनी किसी बैंक की अधिकृत Recruitment Agency है।
यह जांच की जाए कि Application Fee और Training Fee की जानकारी उम्मीदवारों को आवेदन करने से पहले स्पष्ट रूप से दी गई थी या नहीं।
₹6, 000 Training Fee जमा नहीं कर पाने पर मुझसे ₹500 की अतिरिक्त भुगतान मांगने के कारण और प्रक्रिया की जांच की जाए।
कंपनी के Recruitment Advertisement और Communication की जांच की जाए कि उनमें Direct Bank Employment और Training/Placement Assistance के बीच स्पष्ट अंतर बताया गया है या नहीं।
Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) के अंतर्गत कंपनी के Registration और Compliance की जांच की जाए।
यदि जांच में किसी कानून या Registration नियम का उल्लंघन पाया जाता है, तो संबंधित कानून के अनुसार उचित कार्रवाई की जाए। आवश्यकता होने पर कंपनी का Registration रद्द करने या कंपनी को Register से हटाने की कार्रवाई पर भी विचार किया जाए।
मुझसे लिए गए ₹120 Application Fee के संबंध में स्पष्ट जानकारी दी जाए और यदि मैं Refund का पात्र हूँ, तो मेरा पैसा वापस दिलाने में सहायता की जाए।
मैं यह शिकायत केवल इसलिए नहीं कर रहा हूँ कि मैं Training Fee Afford नहीं कर पाया। मेरी मुख्य चिंता भर्ती प्रक्रिया की पारदर्शिता, भुगतान की मांग और उम्मीदवारों को नौकरी की वास्तविक स्थिति के बारे में स्पष्ट जानकारी नहीं मिलने को लेकर है।
मैं संबंधित अधिकारियों से निष्पक्ष जांच और उचित कार्रवाई का अनुरोध करता हूँ, ताकि अन्य नौकरी तलाश रहे उम्मीदवारों को ऐसी स्थिति का सामना न करना पड़े।
मैं अपने Application Details, Payment Invoice, Recruitment Messages, Interview Communication और अन्य संबंधित प्रमाण उपलब्ध कराने के लिए तैयार हूँ।
