I purchased their service on Aug 23 2022 feeling safe with their "30 day Moneyback guarantee(no questions asked)".
However, after very little use of their service which I was not fully satisfied with I decided to request a refund through their ticketing help desk on Sep 10 2022. I waited for 7 days and there was no response whatsoever.
Then I raised a dispute through the payment gateway and explained them the situation and they suggested to contact the bank which I have done so and waiting for a response.
In the meantime the merchant has removed my credential off his system which I would had been absolutely fine with if they had timely responded and refunded my money but now this is bad business practice by the merchant and I decided to come on this forum.
I would kindly request my money back as soon as possible.
