My friend sent a courier from Pathanamthitta on 26th April 2025. Tracking shows it reached Coimbatore on 30th April. I waited, then called the Coimbatore office on 3rd May — they said it was out for delivery. But as of 4th May, I still haven’t received it.

No clear updates or proper response from the branch. Please take action to deliver the item immediately or explain the delay.

No response received from the company as of now. I have not received any call or email from Speed and Safe Courier regarding my complaint. I contacted their Coimbatore branch by phone on 3rd May, and they told me the package was "out for delivery, " but it never arrived. Since then, no further updates or responses have been given. I will update this section if the company contacts me or the issue is resolved.
