Salutations, Honorable Sir!

After much thought, I took the franchise of a company called Speed Force in Ahmedabad 1.5 years ago. I had invested my hard earned money and it had gone in vain, therefore now I'm seeking for your help with hope.

The money for this franchise, which cost Rs 7.5 lakh, was taken from a cheque for Rs 1 lakh for the invoice, and the remainder was moved to other personal accounts. Some amount of money was taken from the angadiya/hawala.

The Baroda-based fraud party owns all of the information linked with this cover letter; these three people accept Rs 7.5 lakh in cash under the guise of a project and deliver a few items in return. They don't even provide bills or services; they're simply scamming people.

These folks run campaigns on YouTube and Facebook, and based on that, they have collected more than 28 Cr from more than 250 people.

Please obtain information from your office indicating that these individuals are not even filing taxes, but rather are robbing others in the company's name.

More than 250 people have been caught in this trap thus far. You can find the proof from Facebook, YouTube & Google.

You can track it at random because of the context attached to it; the information combined is about the people who had invested the money and were deceived.

They've made it difficult to share the names and phone numbers of persons who have been robbed on social media.

If humanity hears my plea, those who are about to be robbed further can be saved.

i am from surat, & I personally visited speed force office last week in surat they 2 frenchise working so they refuse my offer for frenchise sir please you sure about what you wrote. Thank you.

This complain is absolutely genuine. And we are proud citizen of India, where fraud does not have place. We totally believe in law and order. We have collected bunch of franchise owners views and they will also join hands when required.
There are bunch of franchise units across India which has been looted . There false marketing promises, campaign and pathetic support has led many of the franchise units owner to suffer to financial crisis.

1. They make lot of false promises in order to convince a person to purchase their franchise.
2. Once the franchise unit is operational, they least bother about them.
3. For name shake, from remote they will ask for their daily update on business outcome, however there
is no online or offline marketing support given after few days .
4. On the name of order for lube and spare parts they convince franchise owner to transfer money and
will delay a lot in delivery. They dont care of suffering.
5. If there is any refund, they take lot of time, many months, they keep money in their account.
6. They run lucrative and false advertisement on Youtube, facebook in order to attract people to purchase their franchise.
7. List does not end here many of the franchise owner complain about, they have collected money on name of spare, lubes etc and even has not returned money yet.
8. They provide cheap quality products at high cost, many of franchise owners has suffered.

We humbly request honorable department to look into it.
