Speed & Spark — Fraud done for 5.75 lakhs & money not refunding also cheque bouncing court case is running on the same

I have invested 5.75 lakh in Speed & Spark company for Innova car business perpose. I had given cheque to Mr Vijay Vichare & Jasmit Bakshi who are directer of this company. Jasmit Bakshi staying at Lokhandwala complex Andheri West & Vijay Vichare is staying at Dombivali (address not aware). I have raised police complaint in Andheri Oshiwara police station. Also court matter also running on this fraud.
