I wish to report a fraudulent scheme that preys on needy and desperate individuals seeking livelihood opportunities. This scam operates under the guise of providing E-commerce services, claiming affiliations with reputed companies like Delhivery, Xpressbees, Amazon, and Flipkart, and offering franchises across various states, including my district, Anantnag (Pin Code: 192101), Kashmir, J&K.
After showing interest in their franchise, I was assured a franchise for my district and provided with a contract. Initially, they asked for a franchise fee of ₹12, 499, which I paid. Subsequently, they demanded additional payments for "software charges, " which they had not disclosed earlier. When I raised concerns and refused to pay the extra ₹30, 000, they stopped responding to my calls and kept my file "pending."
