Speedways Tyres — vehicle tyres

I have ordered 4 tires, for my personal use, from speedways tyres. I had shared multiple charts and screenshots of the product including the highlight of the catalog, specifying my requirement of 11-16 tires with monster thread pattern.

After a long wait (Almost a month) i received a wrong pattern of time - received f3 design - lorry design.
I had shared my purpose of driving in marsh terrain and conveyed my need for having a deep thread and hence my request for monster pattern - offroad pattern.

After waiting for a few weeks and not receiving any adequate reply from the team on product return, i installed the tires. It was really disappointing to notice that 3 of the tires has holes and one had a side wall crack.
As you know, tire is a very critical element of the car and safety is upmost required for the same, i have lost confidence in the tires and in-turn the brand.

I have been following up with the sales team for the past 4 weeks and received no resolution. I am stuck with an unwanted tire and lost my money.
