Spice Money — energic 31 capsules

Hello team,
I the evening i have visit phase 5 a medical shop. The name of medical shop is "sharma medical".
I have told them i want to buy energic 31 capsules and he find it from shop and gave it to me and told me about its price i. E. 60.
But when i checked on exp. Date it has been expired (Aug 2019).
When i told them about expiry date he ignored me becuse he was busy on the phone. And then there was a teen agener boy he is asking me about 60 rs. But i told them it is expired and then medical man told me if you want then you can. Then i said okay please give it to me.
Then aftet some discussion each other they told me we can not give it to you.
You let me know how a medical shopper can keep expired product. Thank god i have read the exp. Date. Suppose i i ignore it then i can be in danger cause of his mistke.
My demand is that please seal this type of medical shops.
