Sir my name is Nand kishor, I'm a retail merchant with spice money limited. Sir i have a settlement through spice money portal (spice money limited) by neft on 01/01/2023 of 24999/- but its stuck all a/c detaills are correct like i settal many time but this time its stuck my business is stop my rent and many things are in problem.i tried too hard to contact company's representative but one says NEFT pending one says its fail in our system i am confused because in my merchant id 467918 it shows pending.
Now I'm give up please help me to get my money back i want my amount with compensation according to RBI. today is 09/01/2023 and payment still not recieved and now i have only last plateform on my behalf. I'm going to mentaly disturb if my buisness go to loose i hope you understand my problem Thank you

After a long time of 10 days they refund my payment but i loss my business i have my money so i choose a better option in my life or i don't know what to do thanks for your help

Updated by Nand1234567890 After 10 days after many calls and mails they refund my amount 24999/- but i not recieved any intrest and compensation i said them but they said sent email then our team tell you about compensation
Please help me to take my compensation from this company thank you
