1. I had shifted my personal house hold goods and car from delhi to churachandpur, manipur on 06 may 2018 using spm packers and movers mahipalpur new delhi represented by shri ramphal sharma, mob no [protected], [protected], bank acct no [protected] punjab national bank kalinga branch, haryana ifcs code 0488000. Mr sharma did not gave proper consignee copy and the one he provided did not have tin number. After much arguments, he promised to hand over the proper bills at guwahati. His bills stated that his office is located near tata telco near main airport road, mahipalpur, new delhi-110037, which is non existing. Since there was a lot of inconsistency in his statement, i started recording all tele conversations made with him. He finally took me to a rundown shack inside murdonwali gali near samalka redlight on the way to the airport, which he claimed was a temporary office. The website on the bill www.spmcargopackers.com and email [protected]@gmail.com are both fake and does not exist. The customer care number printed on the bill is his own personal number.
2. I was shocked that after eight days he dumped my car and luggage at guwahati instead of manipur and disappeared. I had to go and collect these as the godown in charge called me and asked me to pick up my stuffs or else demurrage will be charged. After two days he called stating that he had some urgent work at home and that within two days he would provide transport to ferry the stuffs to manipur. After three days he again made an excuse that he cannot find appropriate transport as miscreants were charging 'goonda tax' on the way. He asked me to wait for one mr vijay sharma who would reach guwahati in two days and would take care of all the problems. As expected nobody came, so i told him to return rs one lac and that i will hire the trucks myself. He readily agreed but till today he has not deposited the cash in my account.in the meantime my car and luggage is lying in a friend's garage at guwahati.
3. I had utilized his services as he claimed that he would send two trucks to manipur without any transshipment en route and rs 2 lacs was paid and rs 10, 000.00 to be paid later. Moreover he told me that he is the son of a retired subedar so i had sympathy. Interestingly i got his contact from 'just dial' services at delhi. Apparently he has duped a number of gullible army officers with false claims and tall promises. I request that this fraud firm be blacklisted and mr ramphal sharma be booked for fraudulent cheating as i am initiating a criminal charge against him.
