from sportify11 on 14th February 2020.Till date i have not received the product for my order which has been done before 14th February 2020.I am greatly dissatisfied with your service and i am planning to file a case in the consumer court if proper actions are not taken.Either you need to deliver me the product or a complete refund of my money.
I would appreciate if you contact me and let me know when to expect my delivery or the refund.
