Dear All,
I purchased things from a store and used my credit card for my payment. I make the payment for the total purchase and not requested for any EMI. But at the mechant side due to an operational error they converted the transaction to 12 EMIs.
They are not reversing on the EMI. Please advise the procedure to reverse the EMI conversion. Also advise is there any option to go for legal action against the Merchant.
