Spoton Logistics — non delivery of consignment and giving false information

They are doing the same with my consignment.
From Ambala to Jammu and then back to Ambala
and then saying delivery delayed due to covid restriction

I don't understand why are they are updating their portal falsely.

This is very frustrating and disappointing. The service is pathetic and the customer service rep are so unprofessional and rude. My consignment was promised to be delivered in 4 days and it was started on 04/28 today is 7th day it is still not delivered. The consignment is at Ambala hub from 2 days and even after calling them and sending multiple emails nobody is sending my consignment. This city is new to me and all my stuff is with them I can't eat from outside because of this pandemic I am requesting them to deliver it to my place which is hardly 50 mins from Ambala hub. Very pathetic service still no update on my consignment. They are taking advantage of this pandemic and giving a reason of lockdown wherein all knows that lockdown is from 6pm evening till morning 6
