I had placed an order of mattress on[protected] order id SW1507, amount of 8026.55 INR, it was not delivered on time. However, even after repeated follow-ups, the product was not delivered on time, & I was left with no choice but to purchase a mattress offline as I was expecting guest at home. Due to this delay, I raised a cancellation request for the order on Oct-4th
It has now been over 2 months, and despite continue follow-ups from my end, my refund is still pending. They are not giving assurance and clarity on refund. Team has shown no transparency, no proactive communication, and zero accountability thought this entire process.
