SPS Hyundai — car hitted and broken at the back side

I left my car for oil service on 11.08.2017 and after then i went took my car but they have hitted my car and the backside of my car was broken. I asked them and they told me that they will replace and give. But hardly one month they are cheating. Daily i'm going and asking but no response. Now that service centre is closed and only sales department is open. But no response from them. I made complaint in the hyundai customer care. There also no response. Worst service and very worst response from hyundai thiruvallur branch. Why they are giving for contract i don't know. Hyundai company itself take n do... Very very worst n should not take hyundai cars.
