I purchased a mobile spying software for android from this company and paid Rs.15000/- for it. They promised to give full service for 5 years with unlimited reinstalls. Firstly they taken 1 month when i had to reinstall it after few months. After 11 months of purchase they shutted their panel site and when i contacted them they said me to pay again Rs.12000/- for the software as i am their old customer. When i told them that you promised to give full service for 5 years than they replied that you have to pay for it again otherwise they will not do anything. And one of their lady executive always say that concerned executive is busy or on leave so call after some days. So i will say everyone not to deal with this company as this company is not at all trustworthy. Was this information helpful? |
