Dear Sir,
I wish to inform you that your employees at The noida branch have committed fraud with me they have taken money for a booking in a project and have not either provided me with my booking slip, applicant ledger or any confirmation for the unit from the builder . I have confirmed a booking in October’22 since then they have neither been receiving my calls nor replying to any of my messages . I would like to request the higher authorities in the company to please look into this matter and help me out as this is my family’s hard earned money that I have put into the the booking .
