I initially paid a token amount of Rs 1, 00, 000 to Sri Ram Properties in Bommasandra through Square Yards. However, I decided not to proceed with the property, so I requested a refund. Due to delays in processing my refund, an employee named Rakshit from Square Yards contacted me and suggested that if I paid him Rs 25, 000, he would expedite the refund process by claiming that I was planning to purchase another property. He promised to return the Rs 25, 000 the following day.

It has now been over a week since I followed up with him, and he continues to make excuses for not returning the money. I attempted to reach out to Square Yards regarding this but could not find the appropriate channel.
