Squaresoft Technologies — This game is so utterly horrid that i'm doubtful that i will ever purchase another product manufactured by your company

I have been an avid fan of your final fantasy series for 2 decades, until now. I, and several of my friends, have attempted the chocobo catcher minigame in ffx for over a month to no avail. I am of the mind that a video game, which i pay for, should be enjoyable instead of infuriating. This game is so utterly horrid that i'm doubtful that i will ever purchase another product manufactured by your company. How did this repulsive race make it into the game? Don't people test your products before they hit the shelves?
