Complaint marked as Resolved I purchased my domain from Google, which has now been transferred to Squarespace. When I log into my Squarespace account (using the same credentials), the domain is not showing up. Despite providing all necessary proof of ownership, including the purchase confirmation email from Google, the Squarespace team is now asking for a bank statement. As an agency owner with multiple bank accounts and credit cards, I cannot identify the exact transaction source. This issue is preventing my company from receiving emails and disrupting our operations.
Please assist in resolving this matter urgently to restore access to my domain and allow us to resume normal business activities.
