Squareyards — fraud and cheat by squareyards

I booked the flat in migsun vilasa project by square yards but now they increase price 18.6 lakh to 20.4 lakh. i am already paid 2 lakh whenever now they not cancel my booking and not refund my money even block me on phone not helping me anyone person
First call me Sandeep and meet in office square yards there meet Sandeep Punit and vashishth pandey all person given price me 18.6 lakh but time of BB sign he given me price 19.38 after that extra charge for finishing in Flat so we demand for refund and cancel Flat but anyone person is not responding and misbihaving me
