Sr Digi School — Urgent: Concern about Preparatory Exam 2 Conduct in SRDG - > Dammaiguda Branch

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Sivaji, parent of a 9th Standard student in your SRDG - Dammaiguda branch.

The branch conducted Preparatory Exam 2 without prior exam schedule or
notice. We received information on 30th Jan 2026 (after 7 PM) along
with the portion.

When I met the Principal, she explained it was to test students’
ability, but we feel this shouldn’t apply to exams impacting final
assessments.

The class teacher said a new exam date will be issued, but we’ve
received no updates.

My question to SRDG management: Does the branch/school have autonomy
to conduct exams without following corporate instructions?

I’ve observed SRDG Dammaiguda hasn’t followed corporate instructions
despite zonal hierarchy.

Request:
- Stop ongoing exams
- Release a new exam schedule with proper dates
