Company is a manufacturer of cosmetics. Company took the order to manufacture natural cosmetics on the basis of a formula which contained natural ingredients. After advance payment of 1 lac, company disclosed the actual ingredients which contained harmful chemicals. After getting to know this, we cancelled the deal before they could start any manufacturing or sourcing, still the company refused to refund my money.
