Dear Team,
I purchased an iball mouse and keyboard combo from SR Infotech. Within 2 months it stopped working, so I availed myself of the available 1-year warranty to get my accessories repaired. I submitted the defective combo in October 2020. It's been 12 months since I haven't received my accessories. The shop owner keeps delaying things and gives excuses every time I visit.
