My husband had invested rs. 450000/- in sree gowri ganeshaa finance corporation (R) manager is Mr. lokesh Reddy
Last year my husband ecpired due to covid in july ..to bring to ur notice that when my husband was alive he followed up with them to return back his invested amt almost for 1.5 years visiting their office and requesting for amt back but all went in vein... They did not return.
As a nominee after my husband's death. I started following up with getting invested amt back and tried to tell its only source i had to get for my son's education and as my son was also admitted in hospital due to covid his bill on discharge was rs. 435000/- which i took loan and paid..
Now on insisting the amt wanted written period on stamp paper i asked the company to get into agreement and settle by that date.. Mr. Lokesh reddy agreed he mentioned on it that he will settle by 30th november 2020..but he did not keepup his promise
He partly returned amt 350000/- in installments in dec 2020, jan 2021, feb 2021 and kept rs. 100000/- pending amt till today 26th jun 2021..i am trying to call he is not picking up phone.. I am sending messages to him he is not replying.. Now what to do. Whenever i call his office staff give postponding dates next month between 15th- 20th ..he will pay maam.. But still goes on.. Till date i havent received amt that to when i agreed for priniciple amt to be returned without interest which he told he cant give..
I am presently going through stress... With financial crisis ahead.. Please help in getting amt back.. What is the use of investing in finance company that too registered wherein the company does not have right to keep that amt due for years together as per government registered rules.. Legally it is not correct...
