[Resolved] Sree Pashmi Institute Management And Science, Coimbatore — They lied and cheated me,I want refund | |||||
That institute cheated me. When I asked the university they said that there is no fees of 75, 000 for msc zoology distance education course but initially this institute lied to me that the course fees are 75, 000 in bharathidasan university. Sree Kumaran college, coimbatore we are in touch with them and initially they said that college code 721 is my center code. My name is not in the 721 code on the official website of Bharathidasan University, so I inquired at that Sri Kumaran college and on inquiry, the college side said that we are not in touch with that institute and they are misusing it. When I asked for a receipt that such amount of money was paid in my name to the University, they said that they could not provide it. When I asked about the refund from the institute, I did not get a proper response from them. When I told about the institute from education loan leo and asked about the refund, they sent me a mail. The institute is telling me that refund cannot be given after enrollment is complete. My name is not in the name list with registration number in the university official website. From the beginning they cheated me by telling many lies and lost my faith. I paid 3000 initially and paid 2 months EMI money (6750, 6750).I want refund. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Sree pashmi institute of management and science, Coimbatore ₹16, 500 They gave my money on 30/1/2024. The institute informed me that it will take ₹60 to 90 days to issue Bank NOC.bank noc is required from the institute.If they try to cheat me again without canceling my loan, I will further file a legal complaint.I was constantly struggling to get money for 3 months. I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to my previous college professors and Sree Kumaran college professors and Bharathidasan University staff who gave me clear explanations and advice about the University, distance education, institute and its methods. I am also thankful to my friends who have been my comfort and stress reliever. I also express my sincere thanks to the national consumer complaint team, students complaint in India team. Many thanks to Indian consumer forum, customer, consumer board website for being a platform to share my problems.I would like to thank education loan Leo Grievance Officer Vikas Shinde, leo team for answering my loan doubts Thank you leo team.I would like to thank my father and brother for always supporting me.I can't leave my house due to flooding so I could only file a complaint online and I got my money.
