Sreemitra Estates PVT Ltd — Not giving promised/booked plot/flat

Hello Sir, My Name is K. Narsaiah Rtd Teacher from Karimnagar. I have paid total amount for the plot value 100450/- in Greater Mount Vegas Venture in Sreemitra Estates PVT LTD Batasingaram(V), Rangareddy(D) with Passbook No:2705. They promised to allot the plot on 60'ft road with 267yrds and alloted plot No: 1319. The installment was done on 6B rule.

After total payment we went for registration they show the plot on Hilly Area. Company has left away from past 5-6 years and they are running with "Sreemitra Township" in Khairtabad and they are saying that the management was different to "Sreemitra Estates".

So, Kindly requesting you to suggest me to get the solution over this issue.
