I booked ticket on 06/08/2023 at 07:40 PM and my journey date was 14/08/2023 from From Srikakulam To Chennai On Service Sreeone SKLM-MAS 001.
the journey started vey pleasantly but around 9:00PM the Ac got stopped working and there was no response from the customer care or even from the driver we travelled up to Vijayawada without Ac like 5 hr journey and finally Technician came and adjusted temporarily . With 1hr again AC got stopped working and no response from the sreeone travels. Up to Chennai we travelled without AC that to in a closed glass bus we got breathe problem and got sophisticated.
