I am filing this complaint against a seller in youtube channel -Sri Andal creation- her youtube channel link- https://www.youtube.com/@sriandalcreations335 who has failed to deliver the product after receiving full payment on and has also failed to refund my money Her contact number is- [protected] and [protected]

I placed an order for a haram (necklace) and made the full payment on 21.07.2026 as requested by the seller. More than 10 days have passed, but I have neither received the product nor my refund.

Despite repeated phone calls and messages, the seller has not responded and has failed to resolve the issue.

This amounts to non-delivery of goods, deficiency in service, and an unfair trade practice, causing me financial loss and mental distress.

I request the Consumer Forum to:

Direct the seller to refund my full payment immediately.
Take appropriate action against the seller for unfair trade practices and non-delivery of the product.
Ensure that other consumers are protected from similar fraudulent practices.

I am attaching copies of the payment proof, chat screenshots, call records, and other relevant evidence in support of my complaint.

I request your kind intervention and appropriate action at the earliest.
