Dear Sir/Madam,
I stay in Pragati Nagar (Near JNTU), Hyderabad. I've been using RVR cable network service from past 1 year. From last one week I have a problem - no channel appears on the tv screen other than blank screen. I kept calling cable service provider since the problem has started one week ago. They say we would be sending our guy to your home in another 1 hour or so. Every time I walk-in to their cable office they repeat the same statement, however no progress. I completely fed up with their service and at times they response was so rude and abusive and replies do whatever you want to do.
