Sub : Criminal Conspiracy and Cheating by President/directors of Sri Balaji Society, who runs Balaji College of Arts, Commerce and Science & Balaji Law College, Tathwade, under University of Pune by forcing a Chief Accountant to do additionl job of teaching to save money of directors irrespective of facts that I was not a teacher and was not in position to do teaching job.

Honorable Sir,

Maharashtra is known for its ethics, culture and deep honest roots in education sector. The country has to be driven by those who are students at present, but the President of Sri Balaji Society, who runs Balaji College of Art, Commerce & Science and Balaji Law College has not only tried to spoil my career but tried to play with career of students who are studying in college. Their parents do not know that the trustee and management of college has no intention to give good education to students. They are just trying to earn money from parents and students by giving them poor education. The degree and quality of knowledge both are different things.

THE MATTER
I was working with Jyoti structure Ltd, Mumbai on very senior position on CTC of 15 lac. I received a mail from Mr. A Balasubramanian, the director and President, to come for interview. He selected me for Pune in SBS as Chief Accountant. I am a person from Infra, Manufacturing Indutry, so he allotted me work to do control on expenses. I honestly done my duty and circulated report to all directors towards area of defaults, wrong work and financial irregularities so that action could be taken to fill the gaps.

Mr. A Balasubramanian had bad intention in his heart and mind. He was just trying to play with my carrier and from the carrier of students for making extra money, hence done conspiracy and given me appointment of Chief Accountant, but within a month he forced me to do the teaching work in B.Com and BBA. Since teaching was not my profession, I humbly shown my inability to do teaching job because it was injustice with students also. Even if I would had tried to take classes it was injustice with students as I was not the teacher and was not in position to give my best for teaching. To get best teachers is the fundamental right of students. My conscious was not allowing me to do this cheating with career of students, hence, I refused to do teaching job. Moreover, I and SBS was bound with an appointment agreement, which was for the job of Chief Accountant, not for teacher and I was doing my job in best manner. THE COPY OF THREATNING MAIL OF MR. A BALASUBRAMANIAN, PRESIDENT, SRI BALAJI SOCIETY TO ME IS ATTACHED HEREWITH ALONWITH OTHER RELATED MAILS.

After my refusal through mail, the director and President Mr. A Balasubramanian written me a mail that I have to do this job forcefully and he threaten me by writing that “ It will be good for you only”. I ignored the threatening, resulting within a month he forced me to submit resignation and to leave the job within 30 minutes.

It may be noted very carefully that my job separation was illegal, because of following reason:-

1. HR and Admin head told me that they will not give me any money, if I will not submit my resignation, hence, I signed the resignation papers, then, they again told me that I have to sign one more paper which even I could not read that. No director was available for discussion.

2. I have attended office till 30th where my biometric punching is available, but my full and final settlement cheque are dated 29th (one day in advance), which is prove that it was termination of job, not the submission of resignation. The another reason and proof is if I would had resigned, I had to give 30 days notice, but instead of myself company has given notice period salary, so it was not resignation from job, it was termination of job due to refusal of teaching work.

3. Further, during my three month job, I found that account head and directors are illegally withdrawing money from society. They are not honoring government rules and regulations and doing cheating with Income Tax, department, AICTE, University of Pune, Service Tax Department and cheating with students also. I reported this matter to everyone, which I also a contributing factor for illegal termination of job. The major cheatings done by President Sri Balaji College are as under :-

False attendance records for University and All India Institute to Technical Education.
Illegal withdrawl of money from society.
Forged vouchers to take out money from SBS with different modes.
Cheating with Income Tax department by producing wrong books of accounts for not paying the taxes.
Cheating with Bombay Trust Act for submitting false information.
Cheating with students by giving them below the standard eduction due to frequent change of teachers.
Excess claim of money from management students through various head and making good wrongful money.
Chetaing with service tax department by violating law.
High conspiracy with management students towards placement.A big scandle is running in Sri Balaji Institutes.
Many others like wrong books of accounts and records etc.

Keeping in view of above, I request you to take appropriate action against the directors of Sri Balaji Society, ( Balaji college of arts, commerce and science, 55/2-7, Off Mumbai Banglore highway, Near Bhumikar Chowk, Tathwade, Pune -411033 / Balaji Law college building, near Pawar Vasti Bus Stand, Pune Rawet Road, Tathwade, Pune.

And kindly also instruct them to release my contract period salary and other pending dues i.e. as under :-

1. Rest of Contract period salary i.e. 8.5 [protected]@100000.00=850000.00 only. They may take work for 8.5 month as per contract agreement.
2. Pending conveyance – 8200.00 only ( detail already send by my client to you through post and through mail to all directors).
3. Double duty salary ( conveyance compensation ) as was confirmed by Mr. Roopchandani for duty in BIMM @Rs. 25000.00 per month i.e. 25000.00x3.5=87500.00
Total =9, 55, 700.00 only.

I am ready to give proof of their illegal work in support of my above statement and submitting their instruction for teaching job and threatening mail of President.

AN URGENT ACTION TO RELEASE MY LAWFUL DUE AND ACTION AGAINST ALL ILLEGAL WORK DONE BY SRI BALAJI SOCIETY AND SRI BALAJI COLLEGE OF ARTS, COMMERCE AND SCIENCE IS HIGHLY APPRECIATED. IT IS NECESSARY BECAUE SBS IS TRYING TO PLAY WITH CAREER OF STUDENTS JUST TO EARN ILLEGAL MONEY AND NOW STARTED PLAYNG WITH CAREER OF WELL SETTLED SENIOR INDUSTRY PERSON JUST TO MAKE MORE MONEY.THIS IS HIGLY DANGERIOUS FOR OUR STUDENTS AND SOCIETY.

AN URGENT RESPONSE IS HIGHLY APPRECIATED.
