Sri Bhargavi Finance — Loan offer

While looking for a loan, i got a call from Sri Bhargavi Finance saying that they are a 11 year old finance company. i looked up the website on the net and also searched for any negative feedback on the net but i could not find any. I therefore applied for a personal loan with the company.
I submitted all the documents to them and they informed that my loan would be sanctioned. in the maouceil they had mentioned that they had 3500 charges which was payable upfront as processing charges and no other charges whatsoever.
Later they demanded charges on account of RTGS charges. even after paying that amount, they did not disburse the amount and asked for more money stating that being self employed, more processing charges were required to be paid.
when i told them to deduct the same from the loan amount, they refused to do so and sent a mail regarding cancellation of the loan. they did not even refund the amount collected as processing charges despite the fact that the loan was not disbursed at all.
