Extremely disappointed with the management and services at Sri Chaitanya Academy, Gokulpeth, Nagpur.
I enrolled my daughter, Ananya Saijare, for the 8th Foundation Course on *1st July 2025, based on several promises made by the staff. We paid *Rs. 10, 500 online* and submitted *three post-dated cheques*, trusting the institute would support backlog coverage, provide app-based learning, and guide us clearly through class schedules and resources.

However, after admission, nothing was delivered as promised:

* No app access or structured support.
* No information on the Telegram group or subject-wise timetable.
* Even sent my daughter for extra class and the teacher was absent.
* Total miscommunication between admin and academic teams.
* No study materials, uniforms, or books were provided, even after 4 days of attendance.

Now, despite repeated requests, they are refusing to refund the admission fee. Instead, they are giving excuses and avoiding accountability.

This is not just mismanagement — it’s deeply unprofessional and stressful for both students and parents. I strongly *do not recommend this institute* to anyone looking for serious academic support for their children.
