However, I was issued a receipt for only 22, 000 rupees, and I was not informed about the remaining amount or the purposes for which the additional funds were collected. Despite repeated requests for clarity, I was not provided any itemized breakdown or justification for the extra management fees.Following this, I attended the academy for three months. During this period, I encountered a serious issue with another student, and the institute staff failed to respond to my concerns. I was subjected to abusive language directed at me and my child, including insults and inquiries as to why my son is studying at this institution. I did not terminate my child's enrollment; rather, I was asked to discontinue attendance when the staff failed to address the situation. As a result, I stopped sending my child to the academy after three months.Despite this, I paid an additional 25, 000 rupees for the next three to four months of fees, but the institute refused to acknowledge or refund this payment. I now demand the following:A full refund of the initial amount of 57, 000 rupees plus the additional 25, 000 rupees paid, totaling 82, 000 rupees.A formal written apology and a clarifying explanation for the abusive language used by the staff.An immediate resolution and written confirmation of the refund timeline. If the refund is not processed promptly, I will consider pursuing appropriate legal remedies or filing complaints with the relevant consumer court or education authorities.Please treat this matter with urgency.
