Sri Chaitanya Junior College — Not conducting online classes with physical classes even after government and high court declared

Hi everyone we don't understand the fact that why these institutions are not conducting online classes along with physical classes as the telangana government and high court gave orders to do so I mean why If we don't go to college we will not have sufficient attendence but if we have health problems and do not feel safe in this pandemic situation how do we study and manage attendence please help
