The builder is yet to complete the project it is been more than 3 years he is yet to complete the project. He has been the issue creator for the customers. He has diverted all the fund from the current project to other project and changed the builder name to arsis developer to create another mess with other customer.

Below are the few of the pending works still pending from the builder,

1 gymnasium all modern reputed equipment only a vacated room beside the pool.
2 power backup 2 nos diesel generator (Dg) only 1 (Now it does not take all the load at all)
3 lift 2 lifts in each wing only 1 lift in each wing

4 borewell for water 4 borewells with working conditions all 4 never worked in the past. Now depend fully on tanker
5 rain water harvesting not yet planned not yet planned. No place for implement.
6 stp installed not fully working. Most of the time, water runs into the drain outside
7 solar water heater installed not working

8 pool delivered. No safety measures around the pool
9 club room delivered. No, indoor games yet.
10 play area delivered delivered
11 badminton court delivered delivered
12 plenty of lung space not yet planned there is no space for plenty
13 jogging track not yet planned there is no space for track
