[Resolved]  Sri Dhanvantri Medicals, Vinodhagan Hospital, Thanjavur — complaining about double payment

I purchased medicines for 1415 rs in sri dhanvantri medicals, vinodhagan hospital thanjavur on nov 5, 2019 using my axis bank debit card. I got message from bank for amount deduction. But that cashier told me that they didn't receive that amount in their account so, they couldn't generate bill and asked me to pay by cash also. So i paid by cash too. He said, that deducted amount from my bank will be credited back in my account. But i didnt receive my amount yet. I asked for their bank statement, but they are delaying to provide it. So please do the necessary action and ask them to provide the proof that they didn't receive that amount in their account. Thank you!
