Today, I received a parcel via Ekart on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis. However, I would like to inform you that I did not place any such order. It appears that someone has misused my name and contact details.
I was unaware of the contents and paid Rs. 699 to a person named Gunasekar A through GPay. I kindly request you to verify this transaction, arrange for the return of the parcel, and initiate a refund of the amount paid.
Please treat this matter as urgent and assist me in resolving it at the earliest.
